Habanero Buffalo Chicken Linguini
Look, buffalo wings are delicious, but fried chicken, sauce, and ranch dressing aren't always the healthiest options. This recipe takes the flavors of buffalo wings thanks to our spicy Pastamore Habanero Linguini. The spice can be kicked up with a little extra hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
Ingredients:
1 12 ounce package Pastamore Habanero Linguini
12 ounces chicken breast, shredded
2 stalks celery
1 cup baby carrots
2 ounce reduced fat mozzarella cheese (or blue cheese)
1 Tbsp hot sauce
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
To taste salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Heat a large pot of water on the stove over high heat. Once boiling, add Pastamore Habanero Linguini. Stir often.
2. Shred celery and carrots using grater or food processor.
3. Cook pasta until al dente and drain using a colander.
4. Return pot to stove over medium-low heat. Add olive oil, chicken breast, and hot sauce, Mix well. Add cooked pasta and shredded vegetables. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Heat until warm.
5. Add cheese and milk and mix well (add water or more milk if needed). Plate and top with parsley.

Spicy Teriyaki Tofu with Couscous
Never tried couscous? Unsure what to do with tofu? What better way to get introduced to both of these ingredients in one single dish? The best part of tofu is that it takes on the flavor of sauces very well, and this means that our Pastamore Honey Ginger Teriyaki Marinade and Grill Sauce can really shine.
Ingredients:
1 block - extra firm tofu (14-16 oz)
2 Tbsp - Pastamore Honey Ginger Teriyaki Marinade and Grill Sauce
2 Tbsp - chili garlic sauce
2 cups - couscous
2 cups - water
1 Tbsp - olive oil
1/4 cup - fresh cilantro
1/2 - medium red onion
Juice of 1/2 lime
To taste - salt and black pepper
As garnish - sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Add 2 cups of water to a medium pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add couscous and lime juice. Cover and remove from heat. Remove lid after 10-12 minutes and stir in olive oil and mix well. Set to side.
2. Slice onion. Cut block of tofu and in half and cut into 1/4-1/2" thick pieces.
3. Heat large non-stick pan on the stove over medium-low heat. Add tofu and onions, and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Cook until tofu is browned and flip tofu and stir onions. Cook until browned. Add Pastamore Honey Ginger Teriyaki Ginger Marinade and Grill Sauce and chili garlic sauce. Mix well and heat until warm.
4. Tear cilantro and add to rice. Season rice to taste with salt and black pepper and mix well.
5. Plate couscous and top with spicy tofu.
Easy Teriyaki Rotisserie Chicken
Sometimes you want a delicious dinner without a serious time commitment. Rotisserie chicken can be an easy way to start a meal, but the leftovers are never as good as when it was fresh. This simple dish can be used to spice up those leftovers or any other chicken leftovers you may have. Nothing like a simple, fast, and delicious meal thanks to our Pastamore Honey Ginger Teriyaki Marinade and Grill Sauce.
Ingredients:
2 cups - rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 Tbsp - Pastamore Honey Ginger Teriyaki Marinade and Grill Sauce
As garnish - sesame seeds
To taste - salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Shred chicken using fork or hands.
2. Heat large non-stick pan on the stove over medium heat. Once hot, add shredded chicken and cook until warm. Add 2 Tbsp Pastamore Honey Ginger Teriyaki Marinade and Grill Sauce and mix well. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper if needed.
3. Plate and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with rice and sauteed green beans.

Winter Fruit Flatbread
It is that time of year where apples, oranges, and grapefruits are all delicious and cheap. This recipe puts all of these great flavors together into an unsuspecting package. This flatbread is the perfect showcase for our Pastamore Ruby Red Grapefruit with White Balsamic Vinegar. The flatbread would also be great if goat cheese were added on top of the apples before cooking.
Ingredients:
1 - naan flatbread
1/2 - red delicious apple
1 Tbsp - Pastamore Ruby Red Grapefruit with White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Tbsp - olive oil
1 - medium orange
1 tsp - dried rosemary
To taste - salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400° F (with pizza stone if available). Rinse apple and remove core. Cut into thin slices. Cut oranges into supremes (as seen here).
2. Top naan bread with 2 rows of apples. Top with a drizzle of olive oil and lightly season with saalt and black pepper. Place into oven.
3. Cook until naan is crisp and apples are tender but still "al dente." Top with orange segments and dried rosemary. Drizzle on Pastamore Ruby Red Grapefruit with White Balsamic Vinegar.
4. Cut into slices and enjoy.

Sweet and Spicy Sausage and Potato Tacos
You probably don't think of sweet potatoes and chicken sausage when you think of "meat and potatoes." The good news is that they are excellent together, and they taste even better paired with our Sriracha Mango with White Balsamic Vinegar.
Ingredients:
1 - large sweet potato
3 - spicy chicken sausages, cooked
1 - green bell pepper
1/2 tsp - garlic powder
1-2 Tbsp - Pastamore Sriracha Mango with White Balsamic Vinegar
To taste - salt and black pepper
As needed - cooking spray
4+ flour tortillas
Directions:
1. Peel sweet potato and cut into 1/2" cubes. Heat a non-stick pan on the stove over medium-low heat. Once hot, coat with cooking spray and add the sweet potato. Cook for 5-7 minutes stirring often.
2. Rinse green pepper and remove stem and seeds. Cut into thin slices and add to the pan. Add the garlic powder and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Cook until sweet potatoes are tender.
3. Slice sausages in half and cut into 1/2" thick slices. Add to the pan and cook until browned.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup - old-fashioned oatmeal
3/4 cup - water
1 Tbsp - Pastamore Meyer Lemon Oil
2 Tbsp - golden raisins
1 Tbsp - roasted pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp - roasted almonds
2 tsp - chia seeds
To taste - salt
Directions:
1. Add water to a medium pot and bring to a boil. Add old-fashioned oatmeal and Pastamore Meyer Lemon Oil. Cook until tender. Season to taste with salt and stir in golden raisins.
2. Plate oatmeal and top with pumpkin seeds, roasted almonds, and chia seeds.
3. Finish will a small drizzle of Pastamore Meyer Lemon Oil.

Oatmeal can be great mixed with sweet or savory flavors. And, believe it or not, it tastes great when paired with sweet AND savory flavors. This recipe pairs the sweet flavors of mixed berries with our savory Pastamore Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup - old-fashioned oatmeal
3/4 cup - water
1 Tbsp - Pastamore Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil
1/2 cup - frozen berries
1 tsp - chia seeds
As desired - cacao nibs
To taste - salt
Directions:
1. Add water to a medium pot and bring to a boil. Add old-fashioned oatmeal and 1/2 Tbsp Pastamore Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil. Cook until tender and season to taste with salt.
2. Combine berries and 1/2 Tbsp of Pastamore Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil. Mix well.
3. Plate oatmeal and top with berries, chia seeds, and cacao nibs.
