Sweet Sriracha BBQ Bowl


One of the best parts of selling a new product is the opportunity to experiment with delicious new dishes. This recipe is a quick and simple dish that lets the flavor of our new Sweet Sriracha Marinade and BBQ Sauce shine. It is perfect for prepping lunches for the week or an easy dinner after a long day.

Ingredients:
1 lb - ground beef, lean
1 15 oz can spicy chili beans
4 oz shredded cheese
1/2 lb fresh greens beans
1/2 cup Pastamore Sweet Sriracha Marinade and BBQ Sauce
To taste salt and black pepper

Directions:
1. Heat a small pot on the stove over medium-high heat and add the spicy chili beans to the pot. Heat until warm.

2. Rinse green beans a remove stems. Heat a large non-stick pan on the stove over medium-low heat. Add cooking spray and green beans. Cook until tender, and season to taste with salt and black pepper.

3. Heat a large pan on the stove over medium heat. Once hot, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking into small pieces as cooking. Drain using a colander and return to the cooking pan. Add 1/2 cup of Pastamore Sweet Sriracha Marinade and BBQ Sauce. Mix well and cook until warm. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

4. Plate beef, green beans, and beans. Top with shredded cheese.

Goat Cheese Beet Salad


Fall is here and so is the season for cheap and delicious root vegetables. Raw beets can be intimidating to deal with, and canned beets always have the same texture (mushy). This quick and easy recipe pairs beet root with our Pastamore Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil to make for a perfect side dish or light dinner.

Ingredient:
2 cups spiralized beet root
2 Tbsp Pastamore Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil
4 oz goat cheese
To taste salt and black pepper

Directions:
1. Spiralize beet root (or buy pre-cut beets).

2. Heat a large pot on the stove over medium-low heat. Add 1 Tbsp of Pastamore Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil and the beet root. Cook until tender, and season to taste with salt and black pepper.

3. Remove from heat and drop dollops of the goat cheese into the pan. Gently fold to mix.

4. Plate and finish with a drizzle of Pastamore Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil.

Creamy Toasted Onion Fettuccine


Cream sauces are great, but they are often heavy and too filling. This dish using a bit of cream cheese paired with fresh ingredients for a dinner that is rich but still light. This recipe features our fantastic Garlic with Toasted Onion Fettucine and our Rosemary with Roasted Garlic Dipping Oil.

Ingredients:
1 12 oz package - Pastamore Garlic with Toasted Onion Fettuccine
2 large - tomatoes
1 cups - baby spinach
1/4 cup - whipped cream cheese
2 Tbsp - Pastamore Rosemary with Roasted Garlic Dipping Oil
To taste - salt and black pepper

Directions:
1. Rinse tomato and dice into 1/4" cubes.

2. Heat a large pot of water on the stove over high heat. Once boiling, add the Pastamore Garlic with Toasted Onion Fettuccine. Cook until al dente. Drain using a colander retaining 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid.

3. Return the pasta to the pot over medium heat. Add the Pastamore Rosemary with Roasted Garlic Dipping Oil, tomatoes, and cream cheese. Cook until warm, mixing well to ensure the cream cheese is evenly spread. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

4. Plate and enjoy!
