In this particular video, we wanted to show people that balsamic vinegars have many uses and aren't just for salads! We chose the Fig Balsamic Vinegar to marinate the steak, drizzle on the salad, and in the strawberry shortcakes whipped cream. Instead of using butter in our potatoes, we used Rosemary with Roasted Garlic Olive Oil.The entire meal was fabulous, as was our ever so generous "celebrity" chef. We had a great time making this, there was a lot of laughter and our camera men had a wonderful time eating it! We definitely will do some more.
