White Balsamic and Peach Fruit Salad
Fruit salads are an easy, healthy dessert to finish off a meal. This recipe uses our Pastamore White Balsamic with Pear Vinegar to add a nice flavor to the fresh fruit. If you're looking for a little extra sweetness, serve with a drizzle of honey.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Pastamore White Balsamic with Pear Vinegar
2 peaches
6 oz blueberries
6 oz rasperries
16 oz strawberries
1 red delicious apple
1/2 fresh pineapple
Directions:
1. Wash all fruit. Remove core from apple and cut into bite-sized pieces. Remove seeds from peaches and slice into wedges. Remove core and skin from pineapple and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut strawberries into quarters.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat. Add the Pastamore White Balsamic with Pear Vinegar and peaches to the pan. Cook until the vinegar is reduced by half.
3. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Place into the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 2 hours.

Ingredients:
1 lb 85/15 ground beef
1 15 oz can pinto beans, drained
1 7 oz can corn, drained
1/3 cup Pastamore Sweet Sriracha Marinade and BBQ Sauce
1 oz Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
1 jalapeno, stem and seeds removed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
To taste salt and black pepper
12 Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
Directions:
1. Heat a large pan on the stove over medium heat. Once hot, add ground beef. Cook until browned.
2. Add corn, pinto beans, jalapeno, and Pastamore Sweet Sriracha Marinade and BBQ Sauce. Mix well and season with garlic powder and to taste with salt and black pepper. Cook until warm and stir in Pepper Jack cheese.
3. Cut dinner rolls in half and top with ground beef mixture. Garnish with additional shredded Pepper Jack cheese.

Apple Basil Parmesan Chicken
Two words to describe this recipe: sweet and savory. Rich chicken thighs pair perfectly with parmesan cheese, apple, and our Pastamore Basil Parmesan Olive Oil. Serve this dish with quinoa or a hearty bread.
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 large golden delicious apple
1 ounce shredded parmesan cheese
4 cups turnip greens, chopped
2 Tbsp Pastamore Basil Parmesan Olive Oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
To taste salt and black pepper
As needed cooking spray
Directions:
1. Season both sides of chicken thighs with garlic, salt, and black pepper. Remove core from apple and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat large non-stick pan on the stove over medium heat. Lightly coat pan with cooking spray. Add chicken thighs to pan smooth side down. Add the cut apples to the pan. Cook until chicken is golden brown.
3. Flip chicken and add 1 Tbsp of Pastamore Basil Parmesan Olive Oil to pan. Mix well and cook until internal temperature of 165° F. Stir apples as needed to avoid burning. Remove chicken and apples from pan.
4. Reduce heat to medium-low and add chopped turnip greens to pan. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Lightly cook.
5. Plate greens and top with chicken thighs and apples. Garnish with shredded parmesan cheese and remaining Pastamore Basil Parmesan Olive Oil.

Spicy Jalapeno Breakfast Burrito
Whether it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner (or late night snacks) breakfast burritos always hit the spot. This recipe pairs roasted corn, sausage, beans, and eggs with our always delicious Pastamore Kettle Roasted Jalapeno Oil. This recipe would also be great made with chorizo or tofu.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 Tbsp Pastamore Kettle Roasted Jalapeno Oil
1 chicken sausage, cooked
1/4 cup roasted corn
1/2 cup pinto beans
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
To taste salt and black pepper
4 medium tortillas
Directions:
1. Crack eggs into bowl and scramble until mixed well. Cut sausage in half length-wise and cut into 1/4" pieces.
2. Heat large non-stick pan on the stove over medium low heat. Once hot, add the chicken sausage and cook until browned. Add Pastamore Kettle Roasted Jalapeno Oil, corn, pinto beans, and spices. Mix well and cook until warm.
3. Add eggs to pan and cook until desired doneness has been reached stirring often. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
4. Scoop 1/4 of burrito filling into tortilla and roll. Heat a small pan on the stove over medium heat. Add one burrito at a time and cook on each side until tortilla is browned. Plate and serve.

Walnut Parmesan Oatmeal
Oatmeal has to be sweet, right? Wrong! Oatmeal is a versatile grain that works great for sweet and savory flavors. This recipe pairs old fashioned oats with our Pastamore Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil, walnuts, and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese. Give this recipe a try the next time you're tired of brown sugar and raisins in your oatmeal.
Ingredients: Makes 2 cups cooked oatmeal
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 cups water
1 Tbsp Pastamore Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil
1 ounce walnuts, roasted
1 ounce Parmesan cheese
To taste salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Add oatmeal and water to a medium pot. Stir well and place over high heat.
2. Add Pastamore Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil and walnuts to the cooking oatmeal. Cook until desired consistency has been reached. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
3. Plate and top with freshly shredded Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of Pastamore Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil.
Sundried Tomato Chicken Caesar Tacos
You may have eaten a chicken Caesar wrap but have you ever eaten a chicken Caesar taco? This is a handheld take on a classic dish, and it is elevated to the next level with our Pastamore Sundried Tomato and Harissa Oil. Try out this dish for your next taco Tuesday!
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
2 Tbsp Pastamore Sundried Tomato and Harissa Oil
1 tomato, diced
1 cup croutons
2 cups lettuce, shredded
2 oz Parmesan cheese, shredded
To taste salt and black pepper
To taste Caesar salad dressing
As needed small flour tortillas
Directions:
1. Heat a large non-stick pan on the stove over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray as needed. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to pan. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F. Add 1 Tbsp of Pastamore Sundried Tomato and Harissa Oil. Mix well and remove from heat.
2. Add 1/4 cup shredded lettuce and 1 Tbsp of diced tomato to a flour tortilla. Add chicken, croutons, a drizzle of Caesar salad dressing, and shredded Parmesan cheese.
3. Finish with a drizzle of Pastamore Sundried Tomato and Harissa Oil.

White Truffle Sausage Sautee
A fun and delicious take on meat and potatoes. This recipe pairs our amazing White Truffle Oil with sausage and roasted potatoes. You are even able to get in some greens with the addition of fresh green beans.
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
4 pork sausages, pre-cooked
2 cups fresh green beans
2 lb red potatoes, small
1-2 Tbsp Pastamore White Truffle Oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
.5-1 Tbsp vegetable oil
To taste salt and black pepper
As needed cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Rinse potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Add to a oven-safe dish along with .5-1 Tbsp of vegetable oil. Season with garlic powder and to taste with salt and black pepper and mix well. Place into the oven and cook for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
3. Slice sausage into bite-sized pieces.
4. Heat a large pot on the stove over medium heat. Use cooking spray as needed. Add green beans and sausage. Cook until sausage is browned and green beans are tender. Add potatoes and Pastamore White Truffle Oil. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
